Pour r\u00e9aliser cet engin, on passa commande d\u2019un appareillage \u00e9lectrique semblable \u00e0 celui des automotrices 1 \u00e0 3 et de deux bogies. Fourni par BBC et SIG, cet \u00e9quipement fut incorpor\u00e9 dans un ch\u00e2ssis et une caisse construits enti\u00e8rement par les ateliers de la compagnie. La meilleure isolation des moteurs, le rapport d\u2019engrenage plus grand et une vitesse limite ramen\u00e9e \u00e0 55 km\/h permirent de d\u00e9velopper une puissance de 700 CV. Mis en circulation le 14 ao\u00fbt 1950, cet engin toujours appel\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;tracteur&nbsp;\u00bb rend de pr\u00e9cieux services, notamment pour le service hivernal en assurant le chasse-neige.
